Can you believe it that the first Tower Surveys business was set up in (Tower Surveys Limited) 14 May 1998.
Since then there have been a few changes in ownership and a number of different company names. However, key personnel have remained unchanged, and we continue to offer the same great service.

Tower Surveys Associates Ltd is split into two parts: The Central Function and the Employee Roles and Responsibilities.
The Central Function:
Holds the “Tower” brand for the associate member companies.
- The way we do business, behaviours, the structure of rules, practices, and processes used to direct and manage our businesses.
- Corporate Governance; Accountability, Fairness, Transparency and Responsibility.
Provides some central management services.
- Assists with Cash flow / working capital.
- Accreditation, such as Constructionline, SSIP, Firm Regulated by RICS.
- Health, Safety, Welfare, Sustainability and Environmental forum.

Tower Surveys Associates Ltd is own entirely by the associate member companies, with shareholder agreements connecting each business and each individual business owner to our common “Tower” brand.
After 25 years of the Tower brand in the survey industry it continues to be held with esteem and is seen as a reputable business, delivering what they promise. Technically capable, proactive, responsive, reliable, polite, and fun – easy to do business with.
